Agreement
By using authoritygrowthsolutions.com or buying a service from Authority Growth Solutions, you agree to these terms. If you buy on behalf of a company, you confirm you can bind it.
Services
We offer guaranteed placements, TV segments, done-for-you outreach, programs and software as described on each service page or in a written quote. Service descriptions, timelines and inclusions on the page or quote at the time of purchase apply.
Guaranteed placements
Guaranteed placements are published or refunded at 100% as stated on the service page. Publications keep final editorial control over formatting, headlines, labels, placement on their site and how long content stays live. Outlet availability changes, and we may offer a comparable outlet if your choice becomes unavailable.
Earned media
Earned media services (press, podcast and stage outreach, campaigns and software) depend on decisions by journalists, hosts and organizers. Outcomes vary and are guaranteed only where a service page states a specific guarantee, such as interested podcast hosts on the Podcast Tour. We make no promise of search rankings or answers from AI assistants.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that the information and materials you provide are accurate, that you have the rights to them, and that approved content makes no false or unlawful claims. Timelines depend on you completing questionnaires and approvals promptly.
Payment and refunds
Prices are in US dollars and due at purchase unless an installment plan is offered. Installment plans continue until paid in full. Refunds apply as stated for each service. Once work has started on a done-for-you service, fees cover work performed.
Software
Software products, including PressPitch AI, are subject to their own terms on their websites.
Intellectual property
You own your story and materials. Once paid, you may use delivered assets, such as badge kits and share kits, to promote your business. Our templates, frameworks, software and site content remain ours.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service involved, and we are liable for no indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law and contact
